This page guides you through making an application for a place at Little Acorns.
Application
We have places available for children who are eligible for free places and for those needing paid places. A child can be registered for a place after your child’s first birthday and they can start as soon as they are 2 years old.
Apply for a place by downloading, completing and returning the application form below to the school office or nursery@frithmanor.barnet.sch.uk along with:
- Your child’s birth certificate and passport. If you cannot provide your child’s birth certificate, you can provide copies of both parents’ passports.
- Two proofs of address. (Two utility bills; or one utility bill and a council tax demand. These must show the parents name, address and be dated within the last 3 months for utility bills.)
